To place an order for cabinets with Bianchi Stone Crafters you can expect the following:

*After a design has been completed and accepted an order for cabinets can be placed.

*Orders can be placed any day of the business week but do not go into Wellborn’s system until Monday at 12:00 p.m. EST. The customer then has until Tuesday 12:00pm EST time to make any design changes. After that all items ordered become the property of the customer and can not be changed or returned.

*The three week turn around time begins from the Tuesday of the week cabinets are ordered.

*Bianchi Stone Crafters will ask each customer to review his/her design with the designer, sign each elevation and floor plan and read and sign an order contract. A 50% deposit for the total price of the cabinets is required before the order can be completed. The customer will also sign a detailed invoice showing all costs. The customer will receive a copy of all signed paperwork. We ask our customers to participate fully in the ordering process so mistakes can be avoided.

*Bianchi Stone Crafters requires $175 for delivery within a 25 mile radius of its warehouse. Additional fees may be charged depending on the delivery.
